2010 - 2014/15
Chiswick Community School
Jamal & Ousama met in 2010 in year eight.
They sold sweets at school to boost their income, stemming from their low-income backgrounds. They utilised their lunch breaks to generate extra money and meet their financial needs, eventually crossing paths as competitors in the school market.
They would walk to school reminiscing about working together in property.
College

Jamal pursued a degree in Computer Science Bsc & Masters in CyberCrime & Cyber Security MSc.
While Ousama achieved a First Class honours in Economics & Finance Bsc.

During this time, they efficiently managed their student loans while also working on side ventures during their studies.
Leveraging their entrepreneurial spirit, they initiated a car business by purchasing and refurbishing used cars, subsequently selling them for a profit. In addition, they engaged in door-to-door marketing to offer car wash services, showcasing their dedication to raising personal finances to enter the property market.
2019 - 2023
Recruitment Consultants
Jamal and Ousama made an impressive entry into the competitive realm of recruitment while still at University, specializing in IT recruitment within the vibrant landscapes of Germany and the Netherlands. As Jamal pivoted into the dynamic domain of renewable energy, with a sharp focus on EVs and Hydrogen, he exhibited a strong inclination towards strategic commercial roles.
Simultaneously, Ousama continued to shine in IT recruitment, showcasing a relentless drive for success.
The duo meticulously honed their commercial prowess, mastering intricate sales strategies to consistently secure lucrative business opportunities. They demonstrated exceptional skill in objection handling and skillfully cultivated a top-tier consulting team to propel their ventures forward.
Harnessing their financial acumen, Jamal and Ousama capitalized on their substantial commissions, channelling £25k towards an intensive property education. They sought mentorship from distinguished figures in the property industry, renowned for their prowess as influential property tycoons, solidifying their position as ambitious and enterprising professionals.

As the Co-Founders of OJ Property Group, Ousama & Jamal took the initial leap into the world of property. Their journey towards financial independence was propelled by the invaluable guidance of mentors and robust financial support.

With unwavering determination, Jamal and Ousama embarked on their quest for financial independence, setting ambitious goals for themselves. Fast forward to today, they boast a portfolio of 5 properties in Morocco, thriving on platforms like Airbnb. Their strong investor network has empowered their property journey in the UK with 5 Joint ventured HMOs, 3 sold property flips and sourced £3 million in properties to clients.

Looking ahead, Jamal and Ousama are poised to expand their horizons. They aim to scale their portfolio alongside JV partners using the Buy, Refurbish, Refinance, Rent (BRRR) strategy in the UK and in North Africa (Morocco). Their vision includes owning and managing over 500 units in Morocco and 250 units in the UK by 2050.
